Hand-made custom built rods by Chris Britton have been designed exclusively for Dirty Tackle to work hand in hand with our soft plastics. The blank was specifically chosen for this application and is a 100% high modulus Toray carbon, multi modulus design, multidirectional core for additional strength and recovery. The action is FAST meaning it reacts quickly to the action the angler imparts on the lure and also results in a quick hookset. Being a full graphite, they are very light and a pleasure to use, allowing anglers long hours without fatigue. Componentry chosen is all Fuji, with pipe and trigger seats used and Fazlite guide train. Grip lengths were chosen specifically for the action required from the prawns and how anglers generally fish them, with the butt under armpit when working the lure - or using a double handed lift to impart action, both models have been rolled in stylish all blue and gold trims which match the Dirty Tackle livery.
