Refund policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, you are covered by our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes Gift Cards and Sale items.

We do not exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.

If you believe an item is faulty you must notify us immediately by email at info@dirtytackle.com.au including your order number, details and images of the fault. We will make a decision and get back to you promptly with the outcome.

All items returned must be in their original condition in which they were sent. Items cannot be used or worn.

Items are to be stored in a cool, dry place and not under heavy pressure. We will not be responsible for any damages incurred by negligent storage.

Returns must be carefully packaged and sent using a post service with tracking. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods.

Your return must include a note stating your reason for the return as well as your name, the original order number and your contact details. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable.

Once your pre-approved item is received, we will either exchange or refund your order depending on which you prefer.
