Welcome to the Dirty Tackle Jig Head Collection — a purpose-built range designed around the Dirty Prawn 120mm and other **4–5" soft plastics.

Offshore Series

Built for reefies, pelagics and heavy structure, the Offshore Series features premium BKK hooks and a proven splayed head design to handle serious fish and serious pressure.

Inshore Series

Designed for estuaries, flats, creek mouths and reef edges, the Inshore Series combines premium BKK hooks with an integrated rear assist ring, giving you the option to add a stinger rig when fish are striking short.

Weedless Series

Made for Barramundi, Mangrove Jack and heavy cover, the Weedless Series features a secure Chin Lock rigging system, rear assist ring and XXX Strong hook to help pull fish clear of the nastiest structure.

The Dirty Tackle weedless hook was designed with meter plus Barramundi in mind. We pulled no punches in finding the strongest 5/0 weedless hook on the market and it came in the form of a 1.6mm gauge Mustad chin lock.

Starting with a specific range for The Dirty Prawn, we put our testing crew to work. The end result is a super strong and exceptionally sharp hook that suits the prawn perfectly. 

This weedless sits beautifully flush on the prawn to avoid snags so you can fish heavy structure, and a wide gape emerges on the strike to maximise your hook up rate. The Dirty Prawn is already compatible for the chin lock design making your weedless easy to rig, and is stronger than other locking systems.
